A manual collection includes the specific products that you choose. The collection will always contain the same products unless you add or remove them. Before you update a collection, you can check the top of the page to see if another staff might also be making changes to the same collection.
You can create a manual collection and add products to the collection. If the collection is available to your online store, then you can change the order in which the products are displayed from the collection page.

Steps:
From your Shopify admin, go toProducts>Collections.
ClickCreate collection.
Enter a title and description for the collection.
In theCollection typesection, clickManual.
ClickSave.
In theProductssection, search for products or clickBrowse, and then add the products that you want to have in the collection.
Optional: TheSearch engine listing previewsection shows a preview of how the collection will be displayed in search results. If you want to edit this information, then clickEdit website SEO. You can't change the URL and handle, because they are used to link the collection to your online store.
In theSales channelssection, clickManageto select the sales channels where you want your collection to beavailable.
In theCollection imagesection, clickAdd imageto upload an image for the collection. For information about the sizes of images that you can use, seeImage sizes.
Click the product that you want to add to a collection.
In theCollectionssection, select one or more existing collections.
ClickSaveto add the product to all the selected collections.

In theProductssection, click thexbeside every product that you want to remove from your collection. This doesn't delete the product from Shopify.
Change the publish date of a collection
You can set a specific publishing date for a collection to become available in your online store.
Steps:
From your Shopify admin, go toProducts>Collections.
Click a collection.

Set the date and time that you want to publish the collection.

Delete a collection
Steps:
From your Shopify admin, go toProducts>Collections.
Click the name of the collection that you want to delete.
ClickDelete collection.
ClickDelete collectionin the confirmation box to delete the collection.
Links to deleted collections are automatically removed from online store menus. You can also delete more than one collection at the same time using abulk action.
