About the role

As Senior Education Program Manager you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional educational experiences to our target audiences through 1:many efforts such as email sequences and live programming that support their growth on Shopify.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally to build an effective education and enablement program strategy using courses, learning paths, webinars, toolkits and other forms of 1:many content to enable our merchants and partners.
  • Work cross-functionally across GTM, Content Marketing, Product Marketing and Support to identify themes and priorities for educational programming
  • Project manage the necessary subject matter experts, content creators, designers and developers, and vendors to create educational content.
  • Research and gather data insights to uncover topics that solve our largest merchants and partners challenges with a focus on driving key business outcomes.
  • 制定kpi米easure program effectiveness, identify key insights, and adjust programs accordingly
  • Monitor and evaluate performance through data analysis, surveys, and participant feedback
  • Develop a deep understanding of products and services in order to make expert recommendations for education content.

Qualifications

  • You will have 4-5 years in customer marketing or customer education
  • Experience developing learning outcomes and measuring content success through data manipulation
  • You enjoy finding creative ways to communicate complex ideas in bitesize chunks, at the right time, to the right audiences and are passionate about using analytics to optimize campaigns to improve performance for targeted KPIs.
  • Writing experience and proven ability to create engaging, effective content; this includes editing and improving content written by other stakeholders, providing them with feedback and guidance
  • The ability and willingness to work in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • A resourceful approach to projects - you’re proactive and great at self-assigning tasks; you’ll have to be good at managing your priorities
  • Excellent relationship management skills - you’ll be working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders

Bonus

  • Strong experience in a customer-facing role for a software company preferred
  • Excellent presentation skills and a passion for educating, explaining, and demystifying complex topics
  • Knowledge of Shopify and its products considered an asset
