About the role
You’ll be working on things like:
- Generating Pipeline and closing Net new logos for Shopify Plus in the Greater China region (China, Hong Kong & Taiwan)
- Understanding our merchants unique business goals, needs, and challenges, helping them to grow their businesses with Shopify Solutions
- Creating a Point of View and Value proposition
- Effectively moving your deals through the sales cycle to close
- Working on complex deal cycles collaborating with stakeholders like Partner managers, Merchant Success Managers, Solution Engineers, Launch Engineers etc..
- Collaborating on projects within the team and with other Shopify teams to deliver the highest level of the merchant experience
Qualifications
You’ll need to have:
- Native in Mandarin with high English proficiency
- Experience at selling SAAS & Cloud Software solutions in Greater China
- Understanding of Cross Border Commerce within the GCR market
- Experience working with SAAS Partners
- Managing a complex deal cycle
- Experience in Value Selling
- High energy and a strong work ethic drive the teams and individual goals
- Experience in working with global teams
- The ability to work in a self-directed manner, navigating through a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Excellent relationship, conversation, and influence skills
