About the role

Shopify’s Revenue Operations Team ensures our sales organization is highly-productive and effective. The Incubation Team within Revenue Operations supports our new products, experimental motions and incubation ideas – Delivering end-to-end sales cycles, from early sales strategy to scaled go-to-market execution.

The Incubation Sales Executive will contribute to and execute sales strategies in support of new products, experiments and incubation ideas.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with a cross-functional group of teams to analyze cutting-edge product releases and new go-to-market strategies
  • Work with Sales Incubation Lead to help shape rigorous tests designed to improve efficiency and test new product go-to-market strategies in a sprint-like format.
  • Develop and maintain full-cycle sales activities; prospecting, client interaction, and negotiations.
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage a book and sales cycles with operational rigor, maintaining the efficacy of experiments
  • Collaborate with Sales Incubation, Lead to provide data-driven insights that allow the organization to scale faster.
  • Advocate for experiments by providing continuous feedback and data points to senior stakeholders.
  • Understand, develop and communicate current and emerging product value propositions.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
