Updating my review from 4 to 5 stars. The support is always there and very helpful. Thanks Aman for helping this time when we needed to turn on pre-order for many products and advising me about enabling pre-order via tagging products-a very useful feature.
Previous Review:
We've been using this app for a good while now with one product but recently added more pre-order products and refreshed our website. With changing themes to one of Shopify's new themes (Refresh) we encountered a couple of issue with the Pre-Order Now app. I wasn't able to find solutions easily on my own but support is always available and helpful (sometimes you have to wait several minutes to get someone though). Rasheem solved our first problem with home page badges resizing the product image and the next day Nicoz solved the issue of the Pre-Order button not working.
Nicoz also provided advice for the delayed loading of the pre-order button which sometimes allows people to order without seeing the pre-order button or having the pre-order tag attached to the order. I believe this can occur with any pre-order app and comes down to your page speed though. It's a good value app with great support and I'm looking forward to the improvements to come.

So far so good! Thepre order button seems to freeze up once clicked through. We will update our review once figured out.

I've been using the app on two clothing stores for over a year now. It does everything we need and more. I've recommended the app to Facebook Shopify users on several occasions. It's definitely worth the investment, its way better than trying to do workarounds for free on your product pages. The main piece of advice I have for new users is to remember to remove the ability to order when out of stock, I've forgotten on several occasions resulting in not having the requested products to send. The new features added recently eg partial payment are excellent. We've just started working with it but I reckon it will increase conversions. Overall I'm very happy to recommend the app, I can't fault it in any way.

The app seems to be working fine from the aspect of its primary function, but it is causing SEO issues in our store. The app elements/features which we don't even use are present on our pages which adds unwanted h1 and h2s causing On-Page SEO errors. We communicated this with the support and were not able to find a solution to it, they say this will be added to their feature request list. Hope they will fix this soon. *****UPDATE***** They have fixed the issue and everything seems to be working great. Really appreciate the effect made by the support and developer team in fixing our issue, especially the help from Joshua, the 5-star is for him.

I will definitely recommend this app to everyone who plans to have a pre-order sale in your Shopify store. It's great to manage and the customer support is amazing. Although, you may not get outstanding support from every agent you talked to but, there are a few who does understand the assignment and sacrificed you've made to open a store, what it entails and your sleepless night. I can say had my share with a rude agent before and to have Rasheed coming and picking up what the other agent didn't finished and saving me from drowning. Amazing customer service. I am not very tech savy, and had a few issues getting everything set up the way I wanted. Of the many pre-order apps to choose, THIS is the one you should go with. Easy to install. Clean and modern button/badge design. Mixed cart pop-up allows you to make customer fully aware of the pre-order "risk", fully customizable colors and text. Great addition to any store needing a pre-order solution. Also received quick resolution via email and live chat to a minor issue with badge appearing in multiple places on homepage. Worth it!

I had some issues with my Pre-Order button not popping up on my products. I decided to use the live customer chat and got greeted by Aman. He was nothing short of amazing and walked me thru some trouble shooting and I was able to get the Pre-Order button working again. Super helpful customer support.

The app is very easy to use and configure. The newly added notification option has really made this a single option application for new (not yet in stock) and backordered items you want to pre-sell. I was having a small issue with the settings and was able to jump on chat with Aman and he helped me work through the problem and get everything working as it should. Good app with good support!
