Account managers quickly respond and easily find solutions with their team for any out-of-ordinary occurrences. If the product you ordered is unavailable, they will find another supplier with an identical product and take care of its replacement on your behalf. They also conduct proposals for the most similar product (if an identical product is unavailable) for you to approve or decline and request price difference to be assigned to your account balance if applicable.

These proposals raise the dropshipping business model to a new level when dealing with your own clients while treating replacement proposals within the domain of quality control. Clients always appreciate transparency when it comes to image:real product deviation.

A simple message to your client as: "During our quality control check we determined a deviation between the image and the real product..." while offering a discount, replacement, or refund will increase the sense of your reliability and responsibility - and EPROLO makes this possible!

EPROLO has far exceeded my expectations! Their communication is top tier and they are quick to respond and keep you updated. I'm very happy with Eprolo so far. I just started my business and I can say that the app is straightforward to use, and if there is some issue you can reach the support, and they will quickly answer you (in my case Rick answered in a few hours). I can see that the app has many products, and you find pretty much what you are looking for.
The only thing I see that could help me more quickly is the page where a product is shown and described, could have a section mentioning the different certifications that this product has (but I also, never found this in other drop shipping platforms).
Overall, I'm satisfied with the service and platform, and I intend to continue to use Eprolo.
