I have been working over the years with several drop shipping agents and suppliers. By far eprolo delivers the best service so far! If there should be an issue with an order they try to either resend the product, issue a refund, or find some other solution. Most suppliers do not do that, find excuses why your claim is not valid and you end up paying for bad quality products to keep your customers happy. The App is easy to use and they are able to source pretty much any product you can find on Aliexpress. In light of the very good customer service, I would choose eprolo over any other supplier out there. 100% recommend it!!

I'm very happy with Eprolo so far. I just started my business and I can say that the app is straightforward to use, and if there is some issue you can reach the support, and they will quickly answer you (in my case Rick answered in a few hours). I can see that the app has many products, and you find pretty much what you are looking for.
The only thing I see that could help me more quickly is the page where a product is shown and described, could have a section mentioning the different certifications that this product has (but I also, never found this in other drop shipping platforms).
Overall, I'm satisfied with the service and platform, and I intend to continue to use Eprolo.
