This is a really good project, honestly the best tech-oriented and streamlined booking solution if you are looking to maintain a Shopify and use your products as bookable items.

THEY EVEN HAVE AN API (REST) (GET only for now) but if you need to develop a separate application for your needs, the integration power is there. We are using it in our own app and just can't look back to anything else.

Trully dedicated and accomodating customer support, it shows they are in it for the longhaul, if I could leave 6 stars I would.

Priyanshu was super to work with - I had a little detail that I couldn't figure out on my own, and it took him all of 5 minutes to understand what I needed and solved the problem. THEN he made a few customization recommendations that were so appreciated and helpful! Everytime I work with these guys they bend over backwards to come up with a solution. I've had the other apps. This one works!

The customer service you get with Appointo is UNMATCHED. Priyanshu was absolutely beyond helpful and showed me available options with the pro plan that I likely never would have otherwise found in my own. He and Appointo really helped upgrade our site and our booking experience in general. After using many different apps, Appointo is my favourite.

I reached out to customer support and he walked be through the whole set up in minutes! Super user friendly once you know how it works.

Honestly I love everything. They were so quick to jump on calls and assist. Every issue or concern I had it was resolved within minutes or before end of business day. I love the customizations . I hope we can have a lasting relationship and that this customer service stays top tier. Each member of this team has been so helpful and please understand that this review is not just me saying anything this is coming from someone who has tried some major booking brands and paid hundreds of dollars a month and still never received this type of care nor expertise. Very pleased

Great app, does everything we need to sell and manage consulting appointments delivered over Zoom. And the support is really fantastic -- we had a question and the developer in the live chat offered to hop on a call to get us sorted. Very impressed.
