Sales channel discounts
You can sync discounts to your sales channels. You can also promote your discounts on products in the sales channels that you use.
You can choose which discounts you want to sync to your sales channels on theDiscountspage. You can only sync discounts with sales channels that you have installed, and given permissions to access your discounts. By default, your discounts are always available on your Online Store.

Sync discounts to sales channels
You can choose which sales channels that you want to sync your discounts with from theDiscountspage in your Shopify admin.
Steps:
From your Shopify admin, go toDiscounts.
Click the name of the discount that you want to edit.
In theSales channelssection, select the sales channels that you want your discount to be available on.
ClickSave.
Manage discount availability
You can change the availability of your discounts to the sales channels that your store uses.
Steps:
From your Shopify admin, go toDiscounts.
Click the name of the discount that you want to edit.
In theSales channelssection, select and deselect the sales channels that you want your discount to be available on.
ClickSave.
Discount status
You can view the status of the discounts that are published to the Facebook and Instagram sales channel on theDiscounts页面,或者通过回顾个人di的细节scounts that you created.
There are three possible discount statuses:
- Success: Discount is successfully synced to the sales channel.
- Not synced: Discount isn't synced to the sales channel due to one or more errors.
- Inactive: Discount isn't published to a certain channel or doesn't meet eligibility criteria.
