Where to begin? I have been searching for the perfect app to add to my shop that supports custom gift messaging. This is a feature that our customers have been requesting for a very long time. I have tried a couple of other apps, but they didn't quite have the functionality, great UX design I was looking for, or ease of use for my customers (most importantly).

When I installed the app, I had to reach out to support really quickly to help resolve an issue involving implementation with my Rebuy flyout shopping cart. As I love Rebuy, finding another app to replace it is not something I am willing to compromise on. Adam was absolutely accomodating and went out of his way to make sure that my installation of Wrapped worked seamlessly with my expected customer journey. The integration with Rebuy works perfectly now and I could not be happier. Adam's willingness to help and quick solutions absolutely amazed me. Incredible support! Thank you!

The implementation process was clean and easy! Wrapped has some of the best support in the game. Adam provides quick response times and is always personable and so knowledgeable. We had a couple of tricky integrations that he took head on and provided us with all of our options to complete integration. We could always count on Adam's support if and when we ran into needing it! After months of having Wrapped Adam is still quick to respond! Great app for a gift wrapping solution made 100x better by Adam and his willingness to support his app's users.

Their support is the one who looks after you, they know and contact you when you have some probs with your theme before you know it yourself. 5 stars.

I was looking for an app that could give my customers an option for how they'd like their orders packaged, not related to give wrapping. This app allowed the customization I needed to make it work. I needed a little help getting my modifications made, and Adam from Wrapped was incredibly helpful. He was quick to respond, made changes on his end that needed to be done, and helped me make changes on my end to suit my store's needs. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. I definitely recommend this app.

We use this app across 2 jewellery brands Scream Pretty and Lily Charmed - the set up and service has been spectacular. We wanted to offer different options for gift wrap / standard or minimal packaging so that we can try and reduce unnecessary packaging wherever possible, and still allow people to have the unboxing experience when required. Adam is top notch, responsive and super helpful. recommended!

This app fit my needs perfectly. I own a family retail store where we offer gift wrap on specific items only. I had a few questions setting up my app to work with my online store, and was put in touch with Adam who was incredibly helpful. Adam listened to my questions and offered solutions. He even went a step further to look at my store and offer suggestions for making my gift wrap options stand out a bit more. His formatting suggestions made sense because I had no idea what I wanted and when I implemented his ideas, our site looked sleek and professional. This level of service was above and beyond. Great app, easy to use. What is even better is the excellent support from the developer. Actually went above and beyond to help resolve an issue which as it turned out *was NOT caused by this app* but another - should have known as Wrapped has always worked smoothly. Definitely recommend this app.

Love this app and so do our customers! Been using it for well over 7 months and have no problems. It's easy to use and displays really well. Also, the devs take the time to update things and make sure it works with your theme which is crucial. It's only gotten better with time. Highly recommend.

I am a tech dinosaur and was able to easily install the Wrapped App on a Shopify 2.0 Theme. It was a chinch! Also, Wrapped tech support (ADAM!!!) is phenomenal. I needed help to personalize the app to best suit my product and also the design of the website. Adam stepped in and within minutes had the app look and feel just the way I had wanted. AMAZING. Adam is stellar - he is super proficient and provides top-notch service. He's also gracious and friendly and put me totally at ease. I love the Wrapped app and am really excited to work with the Wrapped team going forward. I'm really impressed. And I'm using the Free Version to get started since just starting a new website.
