I emailed them, the text kept coming. I texted them back, the text kept coming. I blocked them, and start sending me texts from another number. In the USA and some other countries this is illegal. As a customer it piecing me off. I don't want your app, or your text, or email, or any other communication what so ever. Next text will be a lawsuit. Shopify should ban this kind of behavior that jeopardizing website owner
very bad service , i switch to plan for automated messages but its not working , and their support system is very bad , i am trying to contact with them from past 5 days but they are only mail me some points which is not working to solve the issue , and also billing is started that means i paying them daily for doing nothing , its a disgusting , if you think , this is a fake review then contact me 8386925871 , i am open to save you from this fraud company
Every new software have bugs and Interakt have tons of it and it's okay to have them but if someone is reporting it they tend to ignore it and give us silly reasons that this is how the things work. I just had a simple issue where 2 out of 10 users in abandoned cart doesn't get synced with Interakt's dashboard and they took 15 business days and a dozen of follow up email to inform me that how abandoned cart event works. It's just similar to that when your internet doesn't work and when you contact ISP they ask you to reboot your router. It's just funny and silly that some people know this and have tried everything but it's issue with your software and have some bugs in backend but denial is never an option. I hope you listen up to people and their queries because that's the only option that can help make Interakt bugs free.
your app is not opening, lagging in some actions. cant even sign in. please provide an update, have complained about it too. completely useless now the basic use case of the app which is abandoned cart and order intimation step by step is not getting fullfilled . NO SUPPORT OR NOTHING FROM THERE SIDE
INTERAKT is not Facebook/Meta. Please be adviced that this is an unprofessional Indian company working on behalf of them.
The system has several bugs, problems. This is unnacceptable when it comes to a Whatsapp API, one of the most important aspects of a business in today's world.
The team does not respond to our doubts via email. They have ignored and stoped responding after 2 weeks of use. We have several emails that have not been attended. The same goes for their Whats App service, they never respond and only work during Indian Hours. Which is unnacceptable for a worlwide service provider.
Their agents are not capable of helping, they need to write down the doubts and go to the programer. It does not work as they do not speak english properly and there are several missunderstandings.
Last, they have missed scheduled appointments. It was at 7am for us and they did not show up.
We have evidence of all this. If this were a provider of any app then we would not complain. As a big company we are not used to deal with such unprofessional behaviour. We expected more due that it is part of the Facebook/Meta family.
It is quit sad that FB invested in this type of company instead of devoloping the project bythemselves and avoid problems.
I hardly write a bad review, but this app really deserves it.
1. The app has lesser functionality than WhatsApp itself. The original WhatsApp allows better business communication than this app.
2. Something as simple as reaching out to a customer is the biggest issue ever because I have to make templates of "Hi" so that I can reach out to my OWN customer.
3. I will get locked out of the app any time it chooses.
4. Messages will not load.
5. NO clear way of deleting an account.
This is the worst app I try in my business and I lose more than 1000 customers because of app errors and delays.
every day they send new updates.
I'm telling you this app destroys your business and losing your money ... any time I ask them for help no one responds. bad bad bad
Dear Haptic team, If you are not able to provide support services to customer than tell me i can move to other service provider. Your Customer support system is very bad and irritating.
Its of no use to people selling clothing with different sizes atm. Once the catalog is created half products dont get pulled, all collections are not displayed and moreover, 1 product if it has 4-5 size variations, it will be displayed as 4-5 different products.
third class app, third class customer support, bugs in app. many improvement need, they have no time for customers
