A really great up that's a little different to usual gift message. We had lots of issues with set (due to our fulfilment provider, not because of the app!) and the customer support was absolutely incredible. I was on calls with the team and they helped every step of the way to make sure the app worked for us was tailored to suit our needs. Highly reccomend using. The app is very easy to use and the setup is straightforward. It doesn't impact the checkout process as the video is recorded after the transaction. It was also simple to display app on specific products and collections. I contacted Denis to help set up the app to print with the Order Printer app, which was done very quickly. But the set up guide explains everything you need to know. Our customers are loving the new feature and the marketing materials that were supplied have saved me lots of time.
