One time I contacted them around midnight, expecting to get a response the next morning. They responded immediately! I am very happy with how easy and effortless this app makes selling digital items. Where do I start? I am new to Shopify and new to Sky Pilot. They could not have been more kind and patient in helping me navigate an issue. Not only that, but Allessandro (manager) noticed that we are a non-profit organization and provided us with a discount to our plan (actually with additional features)! Who does that? Sky Pilot. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
