Shirtee.Cloud: Print‑on‑Demand

Everything perfect! I had problems only once and needed assistance. Vanja found a solution and solved the problem the same day. When I was at Printful before and had a problem, no one took care of it. Love you Shirtee!

Would not recommend. I placed their shirts with my designs on my webshop, did a big order to check the quality. The prints were not good, (too low), I filed a complaint and without any communication they sent the order to me again AND CHARGED me for it. So I had to go to the customer service again and ask why that was, then after a few days they returned the money that they charged extra.
After that the order arrived and still it wasn't good. I received a normal shirt instead of a Croptop, no logo in the front (which is included in my designs), so I had to file a complaint AGAIN. Now again, without any communication, they charged me AGAIN!
Tried calling them, mailing them, no response for days!! I also requested to speak to a manager, but no response at all.
I placed a big order for promotion and I'm already regretting that (Still didn't receive it either..
Save your time and money and don't choose for Shirtee.

Also ein Kunde hat eine Bestellung stoniert, weil Sie am 20.09 bestellt hatte und am 27.09 noch nichtmal verschickt wurde! Der letzte Kunde hatte sich auch schon oft bei mir beschwert. Also möchte ich Sie fragen, ob das wirklich so Ihr Service und eure Arbeit ist? Das kanns ja nicht sein das es jedesmal über eine Woche dauert bzw. dauern wird, um eine Bestellung loszuschicken. Wenn das wirklich so ist muss ich aufjedenfall langsam von euch wegkommen und andere Dienstleister nutzen. Sowie muss ich andere davor schützen diese Plattform für Ihren Shop zu verwenden. Ich bin eigentlich wirklich begeistert von Ihrer Plattform, Ihrem Service, Ihrer Produktauswahl und allem was Sie anbieten! Wie Sie auch in vorherigen Nachrichten sehen können, habe ich Ihre Arbeit oft gelobt! Leiderweise ist der Prozess Ihrer Produktion leider katastrophal und schreckhaft. Ich weiß nicht ob es daran liegt das ich ein kleiner Kunde bin und Sie nur Großkunden besser bearbeiten und bevorzugen aber falls es so ist sagen Sie es ruhig und ich verschwinde. Ich hoffe Sie verstehen mein Anliegen und meine Emotion aber ich kann so leider keine Brand aufbauen und kein gutes Licht erhalten und gleichzeitig Sie auch nicht, da die Konsequenz natürlich Sie auch trifft bzw. betrifft.
