After giving the Seguno Email Popup a try which we LOVE, we decided to also give the Seguno Email Marketing App a try as well. It was so EASY to set up! Especially with the excellent customer service. We only asked for help on one thing, and actually, honestly, it was something very simple. I was just burned out from overwork at the time. LOl! So now were happily working on the spring email marketing campaign. For those of you just getting started with email marketing it can seem overwhelming. When using Seguno Email Marketing App all that disappears and it's such a relief! What we really loved was how fast we were able to set up beautiful automated welcome series that is triggered by the Seguno Popup email subscription. Seguno also gives you 1 free custom subscription landing page (add the link to your website) & also a custom Unsubscribe page. All are fully customizable and match your theme! They have a wide variety of templates to choose from and you can use Canva! There is also a template store full of beautiful themes ready to go. We Highly recommend this App. :)

Cannot sing praises high enough for the team from Seguno - in particular Brian has been looking after my account and has gone to great lengths to make sure Seguno has not just worked for my company but has helped me understand more about email marketing than I have tried to learn by myself over the last nine years of owning my own business. The integration with Shopify blows away Omnisend in every way and the support is 1000 times better than what I was receiving from Omnisend which was annoying at best. If you've come to a halt with your email marketing and want a company that actually cares about your sucess then I highly reccomend Seguno!

This is not how a typical 5-star review begins: we actually left Seguno Email and moved to another email platform for a period of time, enticed by some features Seguno Email didn't offer then.

But we're back to Seguno Email now, and it's literally saved our small business both time and money, not to mention hassle. Most of those features that prompted us to adopt another platform are now available to us in Seguno — there are a few that we still miss, but they are in development.

The real win of this product, and why we'd recommend Seguno Email to other small businesses, is the quality of service. These are real, live folks who are chatting back to you — not bots, not low-level human helpers who are trained only to point you to a technical manual — Seguno email staffs actual humans who care about your needs, problems, and the features that matter to you.

We left the call optimistic about what Seguno Email could offer us, and decided to switch back. Any time we have had a question or issue (not often, since it's so intuitive and user-friendly), we email, and can expect a response quickly from one of the two folks we had that initial call with. This is personalized, human-centered service at its best. Highly recommend.

Seguno is the best software you can get to setup and execute your email marketing plan. Our store offers high quality products in a higher price range and niche market so it is hard to convince people in buying. Using the Seguno software to build, send, track&trace and follow-up on newsletters allowed us to immediately have new conversions via the newsletter, which is awesome!

As someone who uses both Shopify and Wordpress to design and develop sites for myself and clients, I was hesitant to use Seguno since I'm entrenched in other CRMs. I'd used Seguno with a Shopify client, however, and the ease of connecting with my store was irresistible. On top of that Seguno's customer service is beyond amazing. They go so far out of their way to help you, it's like having private coaching.

I love Seguno's tutorials. My future wish is that there are more options to create beautiful opt-ins which they seem to be in the beginning stages of. Having a beautiful opt-in is a big piece of e-mail marketing.

I've also made a few feature requests to Seguno support and they were all, without question, happily and gratefully accepted. I am confident that Seguno will grow along with my shop and will always be there to help me succeed.

I initially signed up for this app as it was more reasonably priced and offered really nicely designed email templates. However what has been even better is the customer support. Whenever I've had any questions they are answered a)quickly and b) by a human. In fact there was a report I wanted recently, and they were willing to run it for me, even though not part of what they currently offered. I have been very impressed by the level of service offered, a big 5 stars from me!

I have been working with Seguno for over two months, and I'm happy with the results. Initially, I tried a different email provider, which was a nightmare. Seguno has been user-friendly, and their support team is fantastic. For me, support and ease of use are critical elements. I don't care how pretty a template design is or how "cheap" the service cost is. If you struggle to use it, or if you're unable to get assistance in a timely manner, the design and the price become moot. Seguno has never let me down.

Seguno has gone above and beyond from day one! Onboarding was very easy, and Brian has helped me every step of the way and answered all my questions in a timely manner. He has also offered suggestions on ways to create automations to generate more business. I can't say enough good things about them; best business decision I have made in a long time!
