Segments: Profitable Audiences

This app has been great in helping us better understand our customer metrics and segment them. Having ordering and customer data easily available so we can better target and grow our business. Great support getting onboarded and ongoing when needed, app is very intuitive to use as well. Leveraging it with its syncing integration with Klaviyo, Google Ads, and more. They keep adding great updates and new features. I recommend taking a look, as the results for us have been excellent this far.

Our team is quickly able to create segments from your app (custom segments based on filters), exporting them to Google ads and running ads.

The good thing is that when the segment gets updated the audience is dynamically synced to google so we Dont need to re-upload the lists continuously.

Also, we have triggered some email campaigns when people are added to lists like at risk loyals, churned loyals, active loyals etc ., So, I get to hear great feedback from our customers which is helping us fix issues and streamline processes.

We are very excited to start implementing all of the great ideas and suggestions that Brian and team presented. They think outside the box and did their research on our company to be able to explain exactly how to use their data in campaigns and flows within our email marketing strategies. Brian and his team have been the most accommodating, friendly, quick to respond, and always problem solving. Segments customer service goes above and beyond to assist your company! I am so glad I discovered segments. It gives me easy access to data that I previously been unable to see at glance and it then seamlessly integrates this data with my facebook and email marketing. Segments is truly amazing.
