This review is for my previous experience with someone else:
I just had my demo, it was very helpful and answered most of my questions. I think this app is user friendly (especially for first time store owners). They are working on enabling more features, like calculating estimated shipping costs for returns, which will be a huge plus for the future.

However, I will say my demo experience was a little off-putting. After my demo, I was asked to write a review for a discount (which I wrote honestly above). I was asked why I did not rate this app 5 stars and I simply explained it was because a feature that I was hoping to use is not available yet. He said ok and goodbye and I was no longer offered the discount.

I am new to all of this and I have found these guys to be great along my journey. It was so easy working with these guys. They are so fast and they send images along the way. Within the images, they highlight or circle the areas in which I was looking making it even faster for me to find. It was making it very easy to understand. I feel like this is going to help my store out a lot and make it so much easier on me. I would highly recommend this app!

I recently added Aftership Returns to my online store and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The platform's interface was intuitive and seamless, making the setup process a breeze. The integration was straightforward and the provided steps made it even easier. The developers clearly paid attention to the details and ensured a hassle-free experience for both customers and store owners. To my surprise, they even scheduled a demo with Loovish, who was fantastic in showing me how the app works via a Zoom meeting. I had the pleasure of working with him and he was extremely helpful in ensuring my store was functioning correctly.

The customer service team at Aftership was phenomenal, with Neha standing out as an exceptional representative. She provided top-notch service, promptly addressing all my questions and ensuring the app was installed and operational on my store. 我最近使用AfterShip年代upport regarding the translations. The agent was were very helpful and made it easy for me to understand the status of product road map. I also appreciated that they removed their branding from the tracking page, which made it look more professional. Overall, I had a great experience with AfterShip and would definitely recommend their service to others.

Have been using this return app for a few years now. Easy to install and set up your return page & return rules. It saves time by allowing customers to fill in their requests on their own. Things can be automated. They also have some label generation capacities, but I have not been using this option it as this is more US oriented service.

Thank you for fixing the issue as quickly as humanly possible. We would love to see you guys try to create a bypass for when people pay with two forms of payment. But other than that you're always so available and willing to help resolve my issues.

I'm just starting to use Aftership and I like it so far. I love how it integrates with Shopify. My only criticism is that there does not appear to be a way to deduct the exact cost of the return labels from my customers. When customers are purchasing my product, the initial shipping service gives my customers options for shipping speeds and adds the shipping cost to their order. I wish there was a way for customers to be able to deduct the precise return label shipping cost from their refund or to be charged the exact cost of the return label for exchanges. The way it's setup now, I can charge a flat fee for all returns/exchanges, but it'll raise some customer's eyebrows when they see that it cost $3.71 to ship the product to them but will cost them $5 to return the product to me (for instance). Or for other customers, it'll cost them $5 to return the product but cost me $8 for the return label.

I've been using returns center for a few years now and the service has been incredible in mitigating returns for my customers. It saves me time on answering emails and my customers appreciate the easy form process. The support team at Aftership are awesome too. Responsive and helpful. Aditi was recently super helpful with a billing issue I was having. My issue was sorted out within minutes and all my experiences with their support team have been similar. They really make the entire app experience easy. Highly recommend!
