For starters, their chat-based help is excellent and quick to help at all hours of the day, 7 days a week. I used their chat a bunch to get setup and they're very good. We are pretty high volume PLUS account and order volumes are growing. We wanted to enable a self-service Returns Center and choose their Premium service because it is marketed as including auto-refunds (the key element we were looking for). Not until you sign up and go through implementation do you realize that you cannot have auto-refunds unless you also pay for their Order Tracking app. I was upset about their marketing tactics because Returns Center info page says nothing about needing Order Tracking. Due to our order volume, however, we were going to need an even pricier version of this app just to get the auto-refund feature. I spoke with one of their sales reps, explained the situation, he empathized and agreed and came back with a very helpful discount. We also selected Return Center PREMIUM because it offers self-service return label generation and printing. But, when that part was being configured, again we learned we needed another app (postmen) in order to print return labels using our own FedEx account. It gets 5 stars for functionality when you take into account all the apps you need to achieve your goals and their customer service via chat is top notch. However, I take away 1-star because their pricing and marketing of features is borderline bait-and-switch and not transparent.

This review is for my previous experience with someone else:
I just had my demo, it was very helpful and answered most of my questions. I think this app is user friendly (especially for first time store owners). They are working on enabling more features, like calculating estimated shipping costs for returns, which will be a huge plus for the future.

However, I will say my demo experience was a little off-putting. After my demo, I was asked to write a review for a discount (which I wrote honestly above). I was asked why I did not rate this app 5 stars and I simply explained it was because a feature that I was hoping to use is not available yet. He said ok and goodbye and I was no longer offered the discount.

Great service with great customer service. We started using Aftership Returns this year after using Aftership Order Tracking for a while. We do not get a lot of return request but it has made it easier for our customer to request returns. This app allows our customer to choose what type of return they want (Return for refund, store credit, exchange, replacement) and makes it easier for us to issue the type of refund they want without any additional step. Issues store credit, refund, exchange and replacement can be done directly on the app with a couple clicks. We highly recommend it to anyone businesses that accepts returns.

I am new to all of this and I have found these guys to be great along my journey. It was so easy working with these guys. They are so fast and they send images along the way. Within the images, they highlight or circle the areas in which I was looking making it even faster for me to find. It was making it very easy to understand. I feel like this is going to help my store out a lot and make it so much easier on me. I would highly recommend this app!

After going back and forth with customer support they have agreed to push my case with the developers about an issue with their mobile version of the returns system. There was an issue where on some mobile devices and the latest IOS safari browsers the "Next" button was not appearing and or disappearing leaving our customers unable to make a return. This meant our time was spent completing returns for our customers. At first they were unable to help even after I proved there was an issue by providing video proof of the problem. Now they have agreed to show the developers and to do something about it. I'm bumping them up to 4 stars as they ultimately decided to do something about the issue and the system is actually pretty good. I'm leaving a star off as its a pain in the A** to get them to actually help you.

I recently used AfterShip support regarding the translations. The agent was were very helpful and made it easy for me to understand the status of product road map. I also appreciated that they removed their branding from the tracking page, which made it look more professional. Overall, I had a great experience with AfterShip and would definitely recommend their service to others.

They also have some label generation capacities, but I have not been using this option it as this is more US oriented service.

Thank you for fixing the issue as quickly as humanly possible. We would love to see you guys try to create a bypass for when people pay with two forms of payment. But other than that you're always so available and willing to help resolve my issues.
