Releasit COD Form & Upsells

We started using Releasit COD Form just recently and the experience so far is really good. First, I found it really easy to set it up, with no previous experience and knowledge of this app, I was able to easily set up the form (the popup) and not just set it up, but also customize it to my needs -- BTW, it has really nice functionality in terms of customization, which I love!

Secondly, we ran a selling campaign while we were on the Free Plan which only allowed us 60 orders. Later we discovered that there were much more orders, which didn't go through because of the 60 orders limit. BUT, and here goes a big thumbs up to Releasit team, once we contacted the support, they successfully restored the remaining orders.

So you can imagine how thrilled we were when we realized that we in fact had 3 times more orders, but they just didn't go through because of our mistake... Now that we are using the higher Plan, everything works fine.

The fact that the orders were recorded and stored by Releasit is such a nice feature! Really nice!

We wanted to implement a database with their plugin, so we contacted customer support, and they resolved everything in just 10 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to respond. If I had my own programmer, I don't think they could have resolved the situation as fast as they did. Kudos to the support team, as well as to the plugin itself. It's doing an excellent job, and I hope they continue to improve it further.
