The app is amazing! Daunting when you first the it but the team is amazing to help you through the setup process ... once I was shown one or 2 things the app actually becomes pretty easy to navigate and customise.

If you have a question, just chat on the bottom right and they will help you immediately. It DOES increase conversion. My other store has seen HUGE conversion because of this, (microartistryacademy.com is my other store) and this store is already getting increased conversion even though we only launched two weeks ago! Seriously awesome and free! This is the one, look no further. I am not being paid to write this, I am just that happy.
