I had an issue where customers were purchasing custom products without selecting any of the options that were set on my Bold Product Options App. I figured it had something to do with the new theme we had just implemented, so I contacted the Shop Circle support team to take a look at the issue. They solved my problem within 24 hours and helped me tweak a couple of things that were not part of the original issue or even problems at all. Very good customer service.

Been using this app for our custom products for almost two years now and haven't had any issues until we decided to switch themes. For some reason the product add-ons were not showing up on cart page, and customer support quickly helped us address the issue. S/o to the tier 2 support, Ahmed, Deelen, Manoj, Kenan + Team who were able to resolve the problem.

Great app, been using for years. It has some quirks, but I find that it works the best for us compared to other apps.

While I didn't find this app all that intuitive at first, they continue to make improvements and customer service ultimately made our "I think this will work" plan a reality. We're very happy with the product.

This app makes updating products so much easier! I couldn't imagine our website without it. Their support is one of the best! I have never had an issue they did not resolve or enlighten me about (as in user error). Jeff was the lastest expert that helped me. I chatted, he responded within a minute and issue was resolved within minutes. Thanks JEFF!

I've downloaded literally every single Product Customization app out there (literally EVERY one) and Bold Options really stands out because of their excellent customer service. They are without a doubt the only ones that will take the time to really make this an app a fit for your store. They helped build several completely custom codes for my store that I would have otherwise had to hire a developer for. No other app as ever helped me like this - even for a very very simple modification, all the other apps I worked with said that that was out of their capabilities and I had to find a developer to help with. Not only does that obviously save on costs but it also helps fast track the whole process because if you have past experience with developers, you know that it's usually very slow.

I've worked with several customer service agents here who have all been great but most recently I worked with Nisha who was able to actual make code edits on the spot while I was on chat support with her which was amazing customer support. Truly exceptional customer service!

She then pointed me in the direction of a resolution that may help, time will tell, but the patience and understanding was worth the wait time, and the headache is now numbed and my confidence in this App has grown. the Product Options feature has been a HUGE benefit to our customers and has provided a high-profit income stream for us. We have had it for 7 years now and we continue to find new options to offer our customers.
