Shopify's Order Printer app is free and easy to set up. Quickly print custom packing slips, invoices, shipping labels, and receipts for your orders. Customizations to templates are made with HTML and Liquid. If you don’t have experience with HTML or Liquid, Shopify Theme Support can assist with minor customizations. Major customizations will need to be done by a third-party app, designer, or developer. Order Printer app does not support customizing POS printer receipts.

Great idea, but we have many products and the app does not print sku number on invoice. So no good for our business. Otherwise great idea. If the invoice could show more details we would use it.
Hi there, The Crystal Point. Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review for Order Printer. You can add more details to your invoice printouts by editing the invoice template using HTML and liquid coding. We have a list of liquid variables that you can freely add to your template available in app, that you can copy the SKU code from, and inject it into your invoice template. Shopify Support isn't able to directly add this coding for you, but you can reach out to our Live Team for some assistance with this. You can use this link to get in touch: https://bit.ly/2AWw5VA
The steps outlined below here should help you find the info you need to add the SKU info to your invoice:
- Login to your admin
- Go to 'Apps'
- Click 'order printer'
- On the right side of the screen, click 'edit' next to the 'Invoice' option
- You'll now see the HTML coding used to build the invoice. Click 'View Liquid Variable List' that appears on the left
- Scroll through the list and find the 'SKU' option. Copy this coding and paste it into the HTML template where your other product details are outlined.
Hopefully you find these steps helpful! -Imogen, Shopify Support
Very Easy App to add. It's only right to point out that this does NOT work with Shopify POS as it says. But it works well from the dashboard.
Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. As per our app description, Order Printer does not claim to support POS receipt customization at this time. With that being said, if you are on POS Pro then you can customize receipts by following this manual: https://bit.ly/3ZrJqLI. -Olivia, Shopify Support
没关系,但可能会好很多。当一个订单我s edited, so an item removed and another added the removed item is still shown with qty of 0. This looks poor. How can code be edited so deleted products aren’t shown at all?
Hey, there. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review for Order Printer. We appreciate your feedback! We understand how this extra line item can be confusing and take up extra space on your slips. I'm going to go ahead and make the product team aware of this feedback so they can look into adding some easier settings to allow one to edit how this information appears. I also would suggest reaching out to our Shopify Community Forums (https://bit.ly/3E4zfU1) so you can ask this questions to other merchants and developers who have also encountered this issue. This is a great place to stop by any time you require some assistance with coding changes. Thanks again for your review! -Imogen, Shopify Support
We have been using this app since we started on shopify 7+ Years ago. It has been overall really great.
Recently (as others have described in reviews) it started being a coin flip of if it would completely crash every time we tried to print multiple orders (literally all its for...)
We spoke to support and they claimed "oh its just you" (reviews seem to show otherwise).
At their insistence we reinstalled the app. Which immediately deleted and lost all of our templates. Every other 3rd party app we have ever used, in the case of reinstall, restoring old templates/settings from app backups was a quick easy request.
我现在已经和shopify支持聊天the 3rd time about this issue. This session over an hour. They switch back and forth between insisting that the code is hosted locally within our own shopify code, and that it is somehow magically "only within the app." Refusing to acknowledge that it is possible they have backups to restore from anywhere.
When pressed to show us where the code was within oure store code, they finally admitted it Wasn't there. But then doubled down on it also not being hosted by shopify.
我f shopify is running its apps with literally no customer backups that is...unbelievably negligent.

UPDATE:
As the reply says, yes I talked to shopify support. They were more than useless. I had to rebuild my templates from scratch. They told me they would follow up via email to assist me with rebuilding the templates for me. Tried to say they would charge me dev time for it. Then escalated the case... That was a full week ago. No reply at all. Clearly we just rebuilt them entirely on our own cause we need to print orders.
Oh, and the issue is still present in chrome.
我see other reviewers are having similar issues. So it seems to be a thing they dont care to fix. App is not fully functional in firefox as you have to click single orders at a time.
The "current" shopify support that kimi mentions has not responded to me at all in a week.
Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. It sounds like you haven't had a positive experience with our app lately. As you look to be in current communication with our live support team, I encourage you to continue to speak with them about the issues you're experiencing. They're best equipped to continue supporting you with this situation, as they'll be able to securely access your account from our end to further troubleshoot. -Kimi, Shopify Support
All I want to do is be able to bulk print order pages (something that shouldn't even need an additional app) I deleted the two premade template so I can build my own, but once they're deleted there's no option to create a new one. That's an oversight as bad as the fact that you can't bulk print in the first place.
Hi, there. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us and expressing your concerns. This is definitely something we can help you look into further, therefore, I encourage you to connect with our Support team (https://bit.ly/2AWw5VA) directly for troubleshooting purposes.
We look forward to helping you resolve this as soon as possible. -Olivia, Shopify Support
