They're great! Have had to work out a few kinks, but the support is always really speedy and extremely helpful. I don't think a support chat has ever been as helpful as this one. Any issues you have, just reach out and they'll answer all your questions. Haven't had any major qualms with the app so far, so I'd recommend it!

While the analytics really leave something to be desired, the ease of use to set up this app, personalize it, stack discounts and features, and create a better customer experience is really all top-notch. Visually the app looks good and offers enough customization. The support was very helpful and responsive. I definitely appreciate their collaborative approach. The process of setting up the app and making everything work was a little hindered due to Shopify server-side problems. Nevertheless, the support team has managed to help me out and made an effort to make my offer work as intended. Unfortunately, I was unable to utilize all of the functionalities of the app and couldn't find some features I was specifically looking for so had to keep looking out in the app store. If offered features are what you need, I highly recommend Monk. I have managed to generate a few hundred dollars of additional revenue during the trial period using free gift milestone offer.
