Extremely hard to edit your product's Microsoft shopping fields needed for Microsoft Merchant Center and Microsoft Advertising. There is no way in the MS Channel app to search for your product, so you have to scroll through dozens of pages of unsorted items. And it's very slow. They used to integrate better with access to a specific product's MS shopping fields from the shopify product page, but this integration no longer works.

Set up was very quick and easy, linked to site was also simple and quick, cant wait to launch first campaign. Working with Microsoft support team is awesome, great support.. Would recommmend this advertising platform to anyone serious about reaching there projected numbers

I have had issues with almost every other sales channel I've used.
Every aspect of the Microsoft Channel just worked the way it was supposed to. From initial setup, to creating ads to creating and adding tags. It all just worked. I was blown away.

Then, when I went to create my first campaign (not being familiar with the process, I was worried I'd mess it up) I got a phone call "from ad support" offering to assist me on my Ad Setup.

On a scale from 1 to 10, you guys get a 25. Well done, Microsoft!

I had all the requirements met and suddenlly my store was rejected without any reasons.
I went to do a thorough inspection on every detail and found nothing at fault.
All that seemed out of place because I am already working on all selling channels
我联系了C.S.微软发现所有频道solutions possible and nothing worked after all testing and trials performed in 4 long months working on the solution I still end up rejected. Very disappointed

The setup was a bit difficult, but the functions of the app was well worth it. Not only I got free listing on the Bing Shopping tab but I also able to run Microsoft ads as well.

easier than i thought it would be , prettyt much straight forward . still have yet to get approved . easier than google

Do you still need to install a UET tag to track regular campaign ads? Or does this app setup all the conversion tracking needed?

Waiting for my review to come through so far it's pending on how I like this app. I like Microsoft so hopefully, this will be great!

Truly amazing, Does it even matter what I write here? Isn't most everyone convinced most reviews are randomly done by bots?
I guess some are genuine. But like what do you want me to say?

"This Fulfilled my needs and preformed as expected."

Something like that? Like I don't understand what some people expect out of like a 5 star, I feel like max stars is like "Did as expected, made my life easier in some form."
Then like lose stars/ranking for things that make life harder/worse.

Anyways, that's pretty much how I rank things. Not that I do it often, though I am starting to.

我一直喜欢Microsoft, call me biased but im a sworn xbox gamer and windows user, so honestly I couldn't see myself feeling safer or more at ease using another service, thank you microsoft!
