Without a doubt one of the most valuable tools for insights into your customer behavior. Once you start getting traffic into your site you really need this app. Especially when running ad campaigns. It's of great service to be able to see what the people who are clicking on certain ads are behaving like when interacting with your site. Yes, it's good for identifying issues as well but the most use I have gotten out of it is to determine what the habits are of certain customers, specifically ones that add to cart and don't buy. This app is an absolute must have.

I have been using Lucky Orange for a while now. It is a great tool to use, and it helps you to improve your website by seeing issues that can help you improve your site.

the insights and data i can see from visitors and what they are looking at is really helpful. i get to see their country and what products get most traffic.
I had some issues with the plan they offered but with some excellent support they got me back on track. a little pricey for micro business but worth it.

Had issues with downgrading from their free plan - kept getting an error message and their support took days to get back to me. I'm updating my review because they made sure I was taken care of and even offered to call me directly to go over what was happening. I appreciated their extra effort to make sure this was corrected. We have used Lucky Orange for years and never had any issues until this year. Not sure if something is broken between Shopify and Lucky Orange that does not allow you to downgrade to their free plan.

Our company had been looking into Lucky Orange for a month before while we were doing a site redesign, and we are more than happy we decided to move forward with them. My onboarding call with Justin was excellent. He answered all my questions, showed me some great features, and even worked with me on some creative ways to use surveys. I've also reached out to customer service a few times and in each session, my issues are resolved in a timely manner. All of the associates are friendly and knowledgeable. It's been about a week and we're already learning so much about our site and user experience. I look forward to diving more into Lucky Orange as we grow our business.

There is so much great information to be obtained with this app. I am not very tech savvy, so it was really helpful to see my website from the customer's point of view, and make changes accordingly. Great customer service- friendly and quick response. I wish I had installed this AGES AGO!!

It's a fantastic app for getting to grips with user behaviour on your website. The heatmap and replay functions are really useful to gauge what you are doing well/could be doing better. As a newbie to Shopify, it has helped me to look back and see what I need to do better in the future. It also lets you do surveys of your visitors, which is a feature I am really into at the moment, with the kind help and patience from Emilia at Lucky Orange.

Lucky Orange is great; the more you use it, the easier it is and its really simple to understand, yet powerful. It tells you so much and helps in different ways, all displayed with clarity. Ive reached out for some info via the App and i was responded to very quickly and was a real personable service. Recommend for sure..

I must say I did have some trouble getting the app to download the code correctly on my shopify store BUT after some little chats with Lucy Orange (Emilia) she managed to walk me through it and we finally got there. She was pretty amazing to be honest with you and I wish I had contacted via zoom before just messaging as it was a lot quicker and easier.

Lucky Orange is a fantastic app and very effective for data analytics. The data and insights available are extremely useful for decision-making and strategy. The customer support is also very good, and I will highlight Justin who successfully assisted me with getting set up correctly. I highly recommend this app.
