I have been using this app since 2018 (about 5 years now!). I have had a great experience with this app. The support team is absolutely top notch. They give you proper attention and time to make any changes you want. If there are any issues you have, they will understand the issue and resolve them. It is a fantastic app for collecting reviews. Today, I wanted to make some changes and get some things modified like increasing the contrast ratio of the widget color and font to make it more accessible. There were also some issues with the image size attributes in the reviews of some of the products. Hong helped me and did a great job. Special thanks to Hoang.

Great customer support! We had issues with the judge.me stars badge showing on the collection page, but their customer support, Felix, helped us immensely. He kindly provided instructions on how to install the badge's code in the site's file. It wasn't that hard, actually! Also, he provided us with screenshots, which made the process super smooth. I love, love, love how easy it is to use this app. We are preparing to launch a number of other stores for different markets for our products. I learned today that we can cross-connect the reviews from all of the sites collected via Judge/mo (one installed on each store), so that visitors to our sites can see alllllll the reviews. Very impactful!

There are many features in this product that have been really well built. They make the merchant center integration very easy. Support is super fast and very willing to jump in and just fix things for you. Great product, does everything we need and more.
