Great app for rewards! I installed and uninstalled several different reward apps because most would only do part of what I wanted, but not everything. I love that this one connects with POS and online, so my customers can shop in store then redeem points online. Any questions I've had about using the app have been promptly answered, and support is kind and helpful. Definitely recommend.

I've been testing so many Loyalty & Rewards apps I was about to give up until I came across Joy. The installation and set up were fairly easy but I had trouble with the integration with another app and I could not figure out how to get the floating button to appear and work properly. Thankfully, at 11 pm on a Sunday evening, Hana came to my rescue! She was so amazing and patient with me. She worked diligently, sending me screenshots and instructions on what I needed to do on my end so she could work her magic on her end. I can't thank her enough. In a minimal amount of time, she got everything fixed and working properly. If for no other reason than the customer service I received from Hana, I'll be using this app for quite a while! I just went through so many of the Loyalty apps. Some I could not figure out and others wanted to over charge for integrations. You would get one per tier. This app integrates perfectly with judge.me and klayvio which is perfect for us. It was easy to figure out the adding options for earning and spending. Wow. I am so happy I found this! I am been like wasting so much time on others who made me email back and forth.. with no help. And the customer chat service app is amazing. There is a chat right in the app and the response was quick. Hana helped me and she provided fantastic support. So excited and relieved I can stop wasting time.

A great app with really friendly, helpful customer service who get back to you straight away. We just moved over from Smile after 4 years as the value for money is way better. Transitioning over 11,000 customers was easy enough and so far we're really happy with it! The only downside is not being able to search for customers by name, as we do a lot of manual alterations so this slows us down a lot, but hopefully this will be implemented in the future.

Just installed this app after reviewing another one that was more $$ per month. I love this app so far and does exactly what I've been looking for. Had a minor issue after install but support was extremely helpful and fast! Got it all resolved within 5 minutes. Unbelievable! Highly recommend this one for sure!

I've tried several loyalty programme apps and Joy is still my preferred choice as it is user friendly, the basic version is good enough for basic use while the premium version is quite affordable. Joy has responsive team whom will be online to attend to your enquiries within a short period of time which is a plus point. Sunny, one of Joy's team members is able to assist me with my theme integration and set up. Thank you for your assistance and I am truly glad to see the improvements Joy has made to its app over time. Can't wait to see what else Joy can offer in the long run!

After testing a few different apps, we found this one to be the most user friendly (and cost effective!) app for an existing store. Other apps were difficult to import customers in correctly without duplication of efforts. Sunny helped me a ton in getting everything done the way we needed it without spending hours messing with it! Highly recommend!

We tried multiple different reward apps that had one issue after another before finally trying out Joy. We should have gone there first! This is a great app that integrates with our site AND the POS which was imperative to our business. Customer service is quick to respond and very helpful. We're saving money after switching from our original app and this app works better for us. Win win!

This is another fantastic app from Avada. So many free features that will keep customers coming back. Awesome rewards program, with lots of customizations, the paid features look awesome as well. Customer service is hands down one of the best around. Thanks Hana, she's amazing!!!!

The Joy app has been great for implementing my customer rewards program. I was looking for something that was simple and quick to set up with minimal upkeep to run it. Since I sell products through my website as well as my storefront, I needed something that would work with my POS system. I tried a few other apps and Joy has been the one that has best fit my needs. The customer support is great as well. They are prompt and very helpful. I recently had a question and Hana was very knowledgeable and was able to help me troubleshoot quickly. I highly recommend the Joy app.
