I was approached by their "DSERS PRO" service.

They damaged my brand's reputation; my customers were calling my business a scam.
I am at risk of getting my accounts banned.
They keep rotating me between different "agents" they all say the tracking info would update in 24hrs. They have been saying that for the past month.
They manually update the tracking info so I can't claim a refund for the orders I already have refunded to my customers.
I lost a LOT OF MONEY, and they don't really care.
No one is going to pay me the money I lost because of them.
Don't use their "dsers pro service" they are incompetent and will give you excuses and not fulfill your orders.
Hire an independent agent instead.
I was willing to send all my orders and bulk orders with this service but they are simply incompetent. They missed out on thousands of dollars just to save a few hundred for their mistake.
I asked them to simply give me an honest answer on the status of the orders so I could cut my losses and send my customers a refund.
They were not honest, they kept telling me that everything was under control and that everything would update soon.
It never did. So, the losses kept getting larger and larger.
They could of simply told me the truth and we would have been fine, I am flexible, and I know mistakes happen, but they didn't, they could have accepted their loss and fulfilled the orders at the incorrect price they gave me, but instead they decided to f*ck me over and let my business bleed money.
Up to this day there are still orders that have not been delivered and that I cannot ask for a refund because they keep manually updating the tracking information.
I lost my advertising money PLUS product costs.
Don't forget about my brand's reputation.

UPDATE:
They were ignoring me for almost a month until I submitted this review. Now they are "concerned", yeah now that I lost thousands of dollars because of them. If they were really concerned, they would pay the amount of money I lost advertising the bad quality products they sourced for me and for the brand reputation hit, but they keep trying to offer me a "solution"... yeah, the solution is to pay the amount of money I lost because of you. it's not even that much, but they keep trying to find a loophole.
Now I'm finding out they updated incorrect tracking numbers manually so I couldn't apply for a refund in a timely manner.
Now the orders are automatically being cancelled by the system, so I don't know which orders actually shipped.
The only way I can tell which orders shipped is because customers send me pictures of the broken product in bad packaging. Or they leave negative reviews or negative comments on social media.
SOMEONE COULD HAVE BEEN HURT.
I don't think they understand the seriousness of this.
They think they are going to get rid of me. THEY WON'T.
They think they can silence me. THEY CAN'T.
They almost killed my business. And they might.
I gave them multiple opportunities to fix this, and I am still giving them a chance to fix this. AND THEY KEEP TRYING TO OFFER A SOLUTION THAT IS CONVENIENT FOR THEM NOT ME, THE AFFECTED PARTY.
You haven't fixed this because you don't want to, let's be honest here.
Meanwhile I have to take care of the mess they created.
Meanwhile I have to take even MORE losses for their mistake.
Every day I have to refund the orders they sent out.
While I'm fixing their mistakes, maybe they'll learn something from me.
First lesson: If you mess up in business, you take the loss and shut the f*ck up.
You guys are simply in the wrong here, I don't think you have any right to "negotiate" anything.
DSERS PRO SERVICE IS A SCAM.

When I started my store I was impressed by the help from Dsers. However, as time went by I often wondered what they actually do with each order and wheteher ot not it is worth using their service. Basically they only allow you to import products from Aliexpress and match them to your orders. As far as after sales support, it is non-existent. I had an issue with a supplier who did not ship the item but marked it as shipped with Aliexpress. Dsers wre not interested at all and actually gave me incorrect information. Aliexpress would not accept a cancellation because the seller had marked it as shipped. So I would strongly advise against using Aliexpress and Dsers -when things go wrong they both wash their hands of all responsibility. I had to purchase the item again in a different name to fulfill my customers order and write off the amount paid to the seller who lied. Choose a genuine fulfilment service who will manage your orders and tact responsibly when things go wrong.

一个li Express is awful. Not dependable. Your whole store can be ruined. It's impossible to run a business using this as your source. Some problems you will run into is Vendors showing items in stock when they are actually out of stock. You may not find out until your shipment is overdue or if you ordered two items from the same vendor they send one and not the other because it's out of stock. Lucky for me I order the product for myself first to avoid problems with my customers. If the product isn't good I don't add it to my store. Too many issues. Their top priority is to get your money first. Expect to be sent anything or incomplete orders and it's your word against theirs. It's not easy getting ALL of your money back when issues arise.

12/01/2022价格更新失败:DSERS网站哈s failed to update pricing 5 days in a row. I have to manually open the software and click each of the AliExpress links to get it to update. then the help desk sent me a message saying "see it updated, it works fine" when in fact I HAD INITIATED THE UDPATES NOT THE SOFTWARE. The DSers software MISSED 70% OF CRITICAL PRICE UPDATES on Black Friday, Cyber Monday and on days thereafter. It missed price changes of 30% and 40% on some products and after 48 hours had not updated leaving the site exposed to losses for underpriced products. It is very concerning that their help desk fails to recognize or admonish that they software is glitching and only updating when i open the app and click through the links. The software left us exposed to potential price discrepancies. Failed Mapping: Twice we have had products pushed to Shopify using the DSERS software. The software has lost the mapping of the product. The software has been unable to remap. The help desk has been unable to solve why their software is losing the mapping of the product they pushed to shopify. This has created real time problems for the team with orders not tracking back to DSers for processing and we had to turn to another company app for help. The Dsers site is good for very limited quantity of transactions with products that do not change price significantly or frequently. It is not handling a listing volume of 100 items.

It keeps saying my DSERS app is "Unsupported" on Shopify. DSERS needs to update their app. I tried to reach out, but I received the same automated response. Beware new users using DSERS. If you download the DSERS app now, it will not be supported by Shopify's newest API's because DSERS needs to update their app.

一个guy name BARRETT was not professional at all. At someone who is new and still learning on how your apps works/dropshipping I find it calling someone "my friend" and telling you read above what I send is a bit rude. I read it patiently but as I am new and still learning I think customer service like him need more patience as we all a beginner at something. and I wished the one who accommodate me is bit nicer than him. tho he answered my question with saying read it patiently.

Business owners beware. Sellers from china will purchase from your store under an American name and afterwards will harass you that the item was not delivered. They demand you for a refund and will not stop calling and leaving you messages that they want the refund. I caught on to this after the seller used the same American name for two separate orders but the billing name def Chinese name. I do not recommend any Drop shipping app unless its within the USA because you are nothing but their competitors.

一个bsolutely horrible customer service experience from Jessica and Barrett. Jessica will literally argue with you when you have an issue with the APP and insist that you don't when in fact you do...which then later realizes that you in fact have an issue...after going back and forth with you. Then Barrett over here is just plain rude and detached from his job. No personality whatsoever is condescending and is extremely unhelpful, to say the least.

SCAM! Bad customer service made me wait for days to get a reply. I've been charged for using a FREE TRIAL and they still charged me. I asked for a FULL REFUND as this was their fault. After days of complaining they wont even give me my Full refund and only gave less than Half of the money they took from my account. So mad about the fact that I used a free trial plan and cancelled before the free trial ends and they still charged me. scam.
