This app makes it so we can have all the product options we need, it really is infinite. Their customer service is top notch. They reply to you in chat instantly and fix your issues so fast. I never worry about little bugs when we launch new products because they always help me get things perfect right away. Definitely worth every penny! Wish other apps had customer service this great! Keep up the good work!

This app allows me the ability to add all the options I need for a business that is based off custom work. Incredibly user friendly, with step by step instructions and videos. And in the chance that you need help with something, the live chat feature is amazing with super fast customer support!

I can also ask them if they want a harness opening and also add an additional add-on price. Other options available too like color swatches.

Today 8/23/23 I worked with Jordin S. He assisted with changing the look of my color swatches and adding the titles to each swatch when hovered over. Infinite Options allows us to sell custom products with endless options. On top of it being a great app, the customer support is excellent. I had a question and I was helped very quickly and had my question answered along with recommendations to improve a product option.

Emily helped me with a problem, turns out it was simple fix. Sent me a screen shot of what she did to fix it so I could do that for the rest of my option sets. Easy peasy...

I have had this app for a while and have had several other similar apps in the past...this one allows you to organize more simply by putting a tag on the option to align it with the product instead of marking products with the different options ( very time consuming and confusing) if you have a lot of items or tags. I am overhauling my store and really needed this to function well and ABBY AND DANIEL W have really stepped up to help! I'm all set up! Thanks Infinite Options!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Finally, an app that can create add-ons both required and optional as well as have more come up conditionally if others are selected, and here's the big one for me - from other inventory items and adjust the price shown on the product page. I searched high and low for an app that does this and couldn't find anything like it. As a bonus the team has been amazing, I needed some help with an in-cart issue due to my theme and adjusting a few things and they've been so helpful, quick and kind.
