We've been using Archive for about a year now and it fills a major need for us. If you're running an influencer or UGC program at any kind of scale you're going to need something like this - and there really isn't any direct competitor I'm even aware of.

It does exactly what it promises to do; automatically finds and (ummm...) archives any UGC that's posted about your brand on Instagram and Tiktok - as long as you're @mentioned in the post. (On IG it will capture hashtags too.)

Just based on that, it's worth it in the hours saved. But there are a couple of other things that are worth mentioning that make it a little better than that:

1. It captures and downloads Stories, which otherwise might not last long enough for you to even find them.

2. It has built in tools to help you speed up the rights-request process.

3. It's putting all of that content into a visual "wall" where you can tag and sort it to your liking which is a lot easier/more intuitive than doing that in Dropbox or Google Drive.

4. It's being developed really quickly and they have a great team that's putting a ton of effort into it. They've gone way above and beyond to help me with whatever issues I've had.

This app is amazing. It used to be such a pain to save our tagged stories and other UGC and we would often miss amazing content about our brand. Now that part of our business is on autopilot. One less thing to worry about. Archive App has been smooth to use and zero issues. If your brand gets content tagged on IG, I highly recommend that you install Archive App.

Archive was great and reasonably priced up until a month ago when they decided to change their pricing tier from $0 / $19 / $99 to $0 / $99 / $299 / $599.

I was previously happy, but the free plan no longer allows me to display it on my website and there's no longer a $19 / plan ... and the highest tier is now the second highest tier. I don't believe the new tier is reasonably priced, thus I am adjusting my review from 5 to 2 stars.

The software still works, and it's not bad ... but I will need to find a new app to replace it.

so far this app is doing exactly what it says it will do... It has been extremely useful in gathering up all our UGC and keeping it in one place. Works well for IG and FB posts, pics and videos. Really good customer service as well. Thank you

One of our favorite apps to open up because every day there are so many new instagram posts (and stories) that we would have missed otherwise. Especially useful for stories. Easy to download all the content video files and identify with accounts are promoting your brand. Great app.

Great app, and does what it says it will do. Having the ability to track UGC so we can see which influencers/affiliates are posting is a huge win, and makes our life a lot easier. The app has grown a lot, and I'm impressed with the functionality the tiny team has rolled out.

Does exactly what we need it to. Really like the favorite feature so that other team members can see what I find useful.

Such a timesaver! Very easy to use, and you can control what you want saved via filters. Pulls in posts, stories, TikToks, and Reels.
Why didn't anyone think of this sooner?

It's been great to know so many images and reels are being captured and the help desk has been so valuable with my questions!

Love this app - super easy way to catch all posts on all platforms, download, and save them! Highly recommended :)
